Each plan includes 10 free questions to the Co-Manager every month. For everything else (menu from a photo, invoice read from a photo, extra questions…), you buy tokens when you need them. The Co-Manager’s night analysis is included in Premium, without tokens.

Payment questions
How do I pay in Tunisia?
By bank transfer or deposit, once the month is over: the invoice for a month arrives at the start of the next one. No card, no advance payment. VAT of 19 % and stamp duty of 1 DT are added to the price excluding tax.
Until when is ODS free in Tunisia?
Until 28 February 2027, for venues in Tunisia that start with our team; otherwise the free trial lasts 7 days. We will contact you before the free period ends to choose your plan: nothing is invoiced without your agreement.
How do I pay in Europe?
By card, in advance: every month, or for a year if you choose the 1-year commitment (the monthly price is then lower). The 7-day trial needs no card.
Are prices excluding tax?
Yes, subscriptions are shown excluding tax. In Tunisia, VAT of 19 % and stamp duty of 1 DT are added; in Europe, your country’s VAT. Token packs in euros are shown including tax.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes with the monthly plan: you stop at the end of the current month. With the 1-year commitment (Europe only), you are committed for the year.
I already have a till. Does it work?
Yes. In Europe, ODS works alongside your till. In Tunisia, ODS can also become your till.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. ODS runs in the browser of your phone, tablet or computer. To print tickets, the ODS Print app installs on a Windows computer connected to a ticket printer.
I have several venues.
Each venue has its own subscription. The dashboard bringing several venues together is part of Premium. Write to us at contact@ordering-dashboard-solution.com to talk about it.
